Do I have to commit to ongoing cleaning services?

No. Although most of our clients choose to set up a schedule for recurring cleaning services, you do not have to schedule multiple cleaning services.

How much do your cleaning services cost?

We offer tiered pricing based on the size of your home or commercial property. You may also select from our Clean & Shine, Detail Deep Cleaning, or Majestic Cleaning Services. Our basic package starts at just $179. View our packages and pricing.

How many cleaners will clean my home?

All cleaning services include at least 2 experienced, diligent cleaners. For commercial properties, additional cleaners may be necessary.

How do you handle pets on the property?

If you will not be home while we clean your pets should be restricted from areas that our cleaners need to clean. Many customers are home while we clean and choose to bring their pets into a room with them while we clean the other rooms.

Can I customize the cleaning tasks to suit my needs?

Yes! We offer a variety of choices for our customers. Our packages offer choices such as choosing between a deep cleaning of a stovetop or refrigerator, or pantry or cupboard cleaning. In addition, you may add services such as window cleaning, cabinet cleaning, de-cluttering, hoarding help, baseboards, and more. We welcome your custom requests. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. Our cleaners bring all supplies, equipment, solutions, towels, and cloths to clean your home. If you prefer to use certain types of cleaning solutions, you will be responsible for providing those to our cleaners. For commercial properties, we provide the industrial cleaning tools necessary to clean large spaces.

Can I request the same cleaner for each scheduled service?

Yes. While we cannot guarantee that your preferred cleaner will never miss an appointment, we do note preferred cleaners and make all efforts to send the cleaner you request.

Do your cleaners do laundry?

Yes. Many of our packages include one load of laundry. You may also request additional loads of laundry as an add-on service to your cleaning package.

Are your cleaners trained in cleaning delicate belongings?

Yes. Our cleaners are exceptionally careful with your belongings and have received education about how to care for hard surfaces such as marble, wood, etc.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my first cleaning service?

A few simple tasks help ensure you get the best clean. Gather any dirty laundry on the floor and consolidate to one area, or a hamper. Remove items on the floor that will prevent vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping. Finally, be sure to notify your cleaning team of any areas you do not wish to be cleaned.

Are your cleaning products non-toxic?

All the products we use to clean your home are safe for animals and children.

How long does a cleaning service take?

Cleaning may take as few as two hours for an apartment or smaller home. Large homes and commercial properties may take 3 hours+.

What if I need to cancel my cleaning service?

If for any reason you need to cancel your cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

Do you offer any discounts?
